Researchers pay the following fees for arbitration and publication:

- Researchers from Yemen pay 25,000 Yemeni rials.
- Researchers from outside Yemen pay $200 US dollars or the equivalent.
- If the research exceeds 10,000 words, researchers pay an additional 1,000 Yemeni rials per extra page.
- The fee is not refunded if the research is rejected by the reviewers.
