Research Peer-review Policy:
1- The research is received through the journal's website or via the journal's e-mail, and the date of receipt of the research is determined.
2- The editorial board reviews the research in terms of the availability of scientific research elements, research methodology, language integrity, originality of the research topic, whether it is committed to the rules of publication, and whether it is eligible for review and may be accepted in principle and may be rejected with reasons.
3- Sending the research qualified for review to two professional reviewers in the same research competence confidentially, and if one of the reviewers rejects the research and the other reviewer before it after the amendment, the research is sent to a third reviewer to decide on the matter either by publication after the amendment or not to publish.
4- The review is carried out according to the international and Arab rules in force as the reviewer fills out the evaluation form, which includes the following axes:
- The originality of the research and its inclusion of innovation and innovation.
- Clarity of objectives and the contribution of research in addressing community issues and the applicability of its results.
- Clarity of research methodology, consistency of procedures and tools.
- Clarity of the statistical analysis tools used and their suitability to the subject of the research and data.
- Coherence and smoothness of research and clarity of written language.
- Accuracy of documentation in the text and the list of references.
- The researcher's commitment to the principles and rules of publication in the journal.
5- The reviewer shall express his opinion impartially and without bias when reporting the review outcomes.
6- The committee must evaluate the research objectively and professionally and ask them to submit a detailed report on the parts and elements of the research. That report is directed to the researcher through the journal as well as the amendment and the placement of observations on the body of the research.
- The reply of the evaluation committee shall be within a maximum period of twenty days.
8- Evaluation reports are sent to the editor-in-chief for review, then officially sent to the researcher to work according to the observations and make all amendments within two weeks.
9- The researcher must send the research after making the amendments and attach a table showing the amendments made and not adhered to by the journal’s editor-in-chief.
10- The amended research with attachments is sent to the evaluation committee for the second time to review the extent of the researcher's commitment to making amendments. If the researcher is committed to the amendments, the editor-in-chief of the journal edits a letter of acceptance for publication for the researcher and writes down the volume number, number, month and year in which the research will be published.
12- Letters of apology shall be sent to researchers whose research has not been accepted for publication.
