The journal aims to achieve the following:

• Spreading the culture of scientific research and enhancing its various activities in the humanitarian and applied fields.
• Strengthening the link and affinity with local, Arab and foreign universities irrespective of corresponding scientific centres.

The journal publishes both humanities and applied researches, including Arabic and English languages and their literature, History, Geography, Psychology, Education, Law, Sharia, Philosophy, Sociology, as well as applied sciences, medicine, engineering, environmental sciences, and nutrition, etc.
