This study aims to assess the impact of organizational flexibility and its various dimensions on health crisis management, through a field study conducted in the health offices of Taiz City. The study also seeks to determine the levels of organizational flexibility and crisis management in these offices, as well as to analyze the relationship between them and the influence of organizational flexibility dimensions on crisis management. The study population consisted of all employees working in the health offices in Taiz City, totaling 81 staff members. A census approach was used to determine the sample size, distributing 81 questionnaires to the entire target population. All questionnaires were retrieved; however, three questionnaires were excluded due to incomplete data, resulting in 78 valid questionnaires for statistical analysis, representing the final sample of the study. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. A range of statistical methods were utilized, including means, standard deviations, reliability testing using Cronbach's alpha, Pearson correlation analysis, as well as simple and multiple linear regression analyses.
The results indicated that the levels of both organizational flexibility and crisis management were moderate in the health offices of Taiz City. Moreover, the findings revealed a strong, statistically significant correlation between overall organizational flexibility and crisis management. Among the dimensions, human resource flexibility exhibited the strongest association with crisis management, while the other dimensions showed moderate correlations. Regression analysis results further demonstrated that the combined dimensions of organizational flexibility have a statistically significant effect on enhancing crisis management, with human resource flexibility ranking first in terms of impact, followed by structural flexibility, then operational flexibility, whereas strategic flexibility showed no significant effect.
