Abstract

In one section of this research, the researcher addressed the definition and characteristics of a one-person company, its importance, and its nature. Moreover, the researcher discussed the establishment of one-person company in a direct and indirect way and highlighted the position of Islamic jurisprudence, Yemeni legislation, and comparative legislation regarding one-person company in the other section of this study. The researcher ended the research with results and recommendations, the most important of which is that the Yemeni Commercial Companies Act should explicitly stipulate the establishment of a one-person company in a direct way.
