Abstract

     Regulations of scientific thinking according to Imam Al-Shafi’i, may God have mercy on him/ Taha Fuad Abdullah Alhammadi, Master student, Yemeni, Tahafuadalhammadi@gmail.com

Research Summary:

This research studies the controls of scientific thinking according to Imam al-Shafi'i, which are the cognitive limits that al-Shafi'i defined for scientific thinking during the treatment of inference and deduction from legal texts.

     The research consists of a preface and three sections. In the first section, he talked about the scientific arguments that Imam Al-Shafi’i seized before he used them as evidence, such as his control of the legal prohibition, the news of the one, the transmitted hadith, analogy, approval, and consensus.

     As for the second section, it talked about the rule of Al-Shafi’i in referring to the methods of the author of the statement- Glory be to Him- in clarifying his intention before moving to other means of statement. Delve into the detailed issues, And the last section talked about the discipline and rooting of Imam al-Shafi’i, and how Imam al-Shafi’i’s thinking was focused on scientific and rooting before delving into detailed issues.
