Integration between the branches of social studies from the point of view of the subject teachers and supervisors in the preparatory stage in the schools of Aden Governorate

The study aimed to identify the integration between the branches of social sciences, from the point of view of the subject teachers and supervisors in the preparatory stage in the schools of Aden Governorate. To achieve this, a sample of (100 teachers and supervisors) of social studies teachers and supervisors in the preparatory stage was selected. To collect data, a questionnaire consisting of (20) items was prepared. By using appropriate means to treat it statistically. The results showed that the social studies teachers and supervisors agreed, at an average level, on the availability of integration between the branches of social studies in the preparatory stage, but they showed weakness in using the integrative method in implementing social topics in the classroom. And based on the findings of the study. The two researchers recommended the necessity of holding training courses for social teachers; To enable them to implement social issues in an integrative approach. The two researchers suggest conducting similar studies to the current study on other subjects such as Science, Arabic language and Islamic Studies; To find out the availability of integration between its branches.
