Women have taken part in the efforts to assist war actions in the various stages of the Crusades, as they contributed with diverse and varied efforts before and during the battles This study aims to highlighting the efforts of women in the context of preparation for military campaigns, and their roles in supporting fighting in Sham area during the Crusades, whether in the internal front, or in the supply lines as well as their support to the confrontations between the Islamic and Crusader forces, The study also aims at demonstrating the religious, social and economic motives and obstacles of women's participation and their diverse roles in the areas of publicity, care, management, recruitment and funding as well as In the affairs of logistics, armament, entertainment, encouragement, treatment and evacuation. The study will further tackle the role of women In the provision of services as well as in getting information, and in many tasks that support war actions in the context of preparatory work and field work that play an important and influential role in the course of wars and military battles
