The Reality of Educational Crisis Management In Government Secondary Schools in Aden Governorate From A Gender Perspective

This study aimed to find out the reality of educational crisis management in government secondary schools in the Aden in Governorate from a gender perspective, The researcher depend on the analytical descriptive survey method. The society and sample of the study are formed of (111) headmasters, deputies and social workers, included (23) headmasters Among them are males (10) and females (13), (47) deputies Among them are males (11) and females (36), (41) social workers Among them are males (7) and females (34), and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used to collect information, Data was analyzed using the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (Spss) program. Thus the study reached to the following set of the results: The focus of planning for educational crisis management came in third place. he axis of managing educational crises came in fourth place. The crisis prevention axis came in the fifth place. There are no statistically significant differences at the function level of (0.05) in the degree of the reality of educational crisis management in government secondary schools in Aden Governorate from the perspective of gender due to the variable of sex and educational qualification.
And in the light of the results of the study, the researcher she recommends the following:
- To establish a special section for managing educational crises in the Education Office in the governorate.
- To form specialized teams to face educational crises in each school.
- To hold local and international conferences and seminars to discuss ways to confront and deal with crises.
