Abstract

The study aims at identifying the impact of product development in getting the customer's satisfaction. The study adopted the descriptive-analytic method. The study targeted the customers in the city of Taiz. As a tool for data collection, a questionnaire with 194 items had been randomly applied to collect data. The study concluded that there's an implied impact on the quality of development of the product such as the specifications and quality of the product and the technology used in realising the customer's satisfaction at an indicator less than (.05).

Findings:

The study has come up with the following results:

     There's a remarkable impact link with the development of product in terms of the specifications and quality and the technology used in realising the customer's satisfaction. The source of impact is positive for the product specifications, quality and the technology used.

     The importance of product occupies a great importance of interest for the customer's satisfaction.
