Abstract

This study is an attempt by this researcher to draw the attention of other researchers to the interest in one of the important books of jurisprudence in the Zaidi school of thought which it has not what he deserves. The book’s title is “ Al-Fawasel” , written by Alalamah Ismaeel Bin Mohammad Bin Isahaq. The book is important because it characterized by verfication, fairness, and independence when reports of the evidence, selection and weighing of statements, even if it is contrary to the doctrine which the author belongs to. In addition, the book is characterized by a scientific methodology that highlighting its most important features. As a matter of fact, the book needs more studies and to be verficated printed, and published, that may be done soon.
