Researches Scientific Reviewing Policy:

• All researches submitted to Al Saeed University Journal of Applied Sciences before publication are subjected to reviewing process via the website of the journal or via the journal email in an electronic and confidential manner to determine the suitability to be published or not .
• Sending the research eligible for reviewing to (2) expert reviewers in the same field of knowledge confidentially. If one of the reviewers rejects it, the research will be sent to a third reviewer to decide either to be published after modification or not to be published.
• The research is evaluated according to the attached evaluation form, and the reviewing period is no more than two weeks.
• The reviewer is asked to fill out the evaluation form, make comments or corrections on the text of the research. Besides, writing a detailed report on the research on the points that are not mentioned in the evaluation form.
• The researcher is asked to do the needed corrections and resend them to the journal within a maximum period of one month, attaching a table to show the amendments done by him/her.
• The amendments are sent to the reviewer to consider the extent of the researcher’s commitment of the amendments. The researcher is given a letter of acceptance for publication on which the date of publication, issue, month, and year of publication are mentioned.
• If the reviewers' report rejects the research to be published, an apology letter will be sent from the editor-in-chief of the journal to the researcher for not publishing the research with reasons justifying the rejection.
