Almost all of the internet services are run in data centers, where a massive number of servers are connected through intra-data center networks (DCNs). However, the majority of internet traffic is inside data centers. The traffic in hyperscale data centers doubles every one to two years, which presents a scalability challenge for intra-data center interconnects and networking. The rapid rise of web based applications and cloud computing over the last decade has led to a growing interest in data center technologies. Scalability, in DCNs, is one of the foremost challenges. With the advent of cloud paradigm, data centers are required to scale up to hundreds of thousands of nodes. Therefore, Scalability, in DCNs, is one of the foremost challenges. One solution is to change the data center topology to mitigate the problem. In this paper, we have proposed an architecture that combines SDN and hyperledger fabric. We have built a prototype for the proposed solution. We also define some performance metrics for evaluation. The metrics include network latency, throughput, and execution times. In this paper, we have just proved that the proposed solution is applicable. Discussion of the results, performance and comparison with the results of other solutions will be handled in a subsequent paper.
Abdulmalek Alqobaty ، Noor Addeen M. A descriptive quantitative approach of five-point Likert scale questionnaire targeting 310 respondents from six engineering disciplines has been statistically analyzed using SPSS software. The novelty of this study comes from the poor and unstable respondents due to the civil war and siege imposed on Taiz City for almost a decade. The GPAs of students were considered as a measure of their educational achievement.

Interesting findings are obtained from this study, which are critical for universities, students, faculty members, and families. The results indicated that Yemeni engineering students maximize their SM usage to enhance their academic achievement in the absence of official educational platforms in Yemeni universities, while its adverse effects are minor. Furthermore, SM platforms make students effectively communicate with experts, specialists, and for training purposes. This study recommends conducting more studies for university students, especially in Yemen where high poverty level and political instability are dominant.
Abdulkafi H. Al-Zaghruri، Mogeeb A. Local and systemic factors facilitating the development of the disease. Objective: The present study was done to evaluate the predisposing factors to oral candidiasis infection among dental clinic patients in Taiz city, Yemen. Methods: A cross-sectional study design was used for this research. This study has been carried during October 2021 to January 2022, including 200 outpatient cases with oral candidiasis infection. A history was taken from each patient was recorded in questionnaire. All yeast isolated identified by mycological examination. Results: the study shows that patients are qat chewers, smokers, and tobacco chewing patients tested are high susceptible to Candida albicans infection, the study shows that patients are gingival bleeding, bad cleaning of tooth, dry mouth tested are high susceptible to Candida albicans infection. The study shows that 59.8% of patients with orthodontics, denture wearers, dental filling and dental crown tested positive for C. albicans compared to 38.6% of patients with natural teeth. The results have revealed that the patients with the full or partial dentures are highly susceptible for Candida albicans, represented in 69.5 % of total number of the tested. The study has showed that the patients complicating diabetes and using of antibiotics tested are positive for C. albicans.
Ayman Abdualgabbar Raweh Saeed، Abdu Mohammed Al-Kolaibe، Adel A. GAS causes various infections for humans ranging from superficial skin infections to fatal sever systemic infections. The aim of this study was to estimate the prevalence rate of GAS carriers among students of Aljanad University in Taiz city, Yemen, and to determine the antibiotic susceptibility patterns of GAS isolates against the commonly prescribed antibiotics for treatment of GAS infections. This study is a community based cross-sectional study design in which a 200 university students aged 19–24 years were participated. A total of 200 throat swab specimens were collected from the participants and then subjected for culturing and identification of GAS isolates followed by antimicrobial susceptibility testes. The results revealed that the prevalence rate of GAS carriers among the population group was 4.5 %. The prevalence of GAS among females was 55.6%, which was slightly higher than that found in males (44.4%), with no significant differences (P> 0.05). The antimicrobial susceptibility profiles revealed that the isolated GAS showed high sensitivity to azithromycin (100%) and ciprofloxacin (88.8%). In contrast, GAS isolates were highly resistant to lincomycin (89.9%), penicillin (88.8%) and ampicillin (66.7%). The high resistance patterns of GAS isolates to the common prescribed antibiotics should warn physicians to restrict the prescription of antibiotics to slow down the rising of bacterial resistance rate against antibiotics in the future.
Najeeb Kaid Nasser Al-Shorgani، Abeer R. The aim of this study is to determine the Physiochemical deterioration and microbial contamination of the cake and biscuits products of different commercial brands distributed in Yemeni markets according to Yemen Standardization and Metrology Organization (YSOM) Standards. A total of 83 samples from these two categories were selected to study for their Physiochemical and bacteriological properties. Where 18 Physiochemical and 5 bacterial tests has been done following the standard methods. All the test results were compared with YSOM Standards to their acceptability for human consumption. The physiochemical results showed that 9 samples were discrepant to YSOM Standards in their net weight and color, 10 samples were low quality as result to their moisture, 9 samples were shows non-homogenous in their texture, 3 samples showed irregular shape. 14 samples had broken parts, 14 samples were had bad package sealing, stick in to their sealing cover and design defect, 6 samples were not acceptable as result to their rancid smell, 10 samples contained foreign materials, burn and insect infestation, 23 samples had unacceptable levels of Aspartame, Saccharin and Acesulfame-K content respectively, compared with YSOM standards. 11 samples were showed high sorbic acid contain than YSOM permissible limit, 13 samples which have higher content of Cu, 4 samples were not acceptable as result to their fatty acid content and finally 22 samples were having increase amount of acid insoluble ash higher than the acceptable limit according to YSOM. The microbiological results of 16 samples were not acceptable due to their contamination by Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus and Escherichia coli O157:H7 respectively. All samples were free of Salmonella spp.
Raya Qaid Alansi، Wadie Ahmed Al-Shargabi، Nabeel M. In addition, it aimed to determine the sensitivity of the isolated otomycosis to some antifungal drugs . Methods: During this study, a total of (300) specimen with otomycosis have been collected from clinically diagnosed patients by using the ear swab technique and identified by microbiological procedures. Results: Distribution of otomycosis has been noticed to be more in females (51.7%) than males (48.3%). The highest infected age groups were between 0-<10 years and 50-<60 accounted for 12.3% and 11.4% respectively and there was a statistically significant association between age and otomycosis (P=0.022), while there was no statistical significance with sex (P=.874). The most common symptoms were pain and itching of the ear with a statistically significant association between them and otomycosis (P=0.00). Humidity highly occurred representing 12% of the tested number of samples. Most of the isolates were filamentous fungi representing 180(60%) of the total isolates. Aspergillus flavus was the most common pathogenic agent and yeast of Candida sp was the second most common representing 89 (29.67%), 38 (12.7%) respectively. Itraconazole and ketoconazole were the most effective antifungal against most filamentous fungi isolates, while Fluconazole, Itraconazole and Clotrimazole were more effective against Candida sp. Conclusions: Filamentous fungi were the most prevalent isolates from infected patients.
